Warren Pike Award
The PTDA Warren Pike Award recognizes lifetime achievement in the power transmission/motion control industry. Named for PTDA’s first president and co-founder, the award honors individuals who have demonstrated outstanding, continuous, long-term support of the Association and the industry. The award was established in 1984 and is only presented when an individual’s achievements merit this prestigious recognition.
Ajay Bajaj, Rotator Product Limited, Honored with Warren Pike Award
The Power Transmission Distributors Association (PTDA) proudly recognizes Ajay Bajaj, President and Owner of Rotator Products Limited, as the recipient of the 2025 Warren Pike Award—the Association’s highest honor for lifetime achievement and dedicated service to the power transmission/motion control (PT/MC) industry. Ajay was presented with the award during the Annual Business Meeting at the PTDA Industry Summit on October 24, 2025.
With an engineering background and decades of leadership, Bajaj has built a career defined by innovation, collaboration, and integrity. Since acquiring Rotator Products in the early 2000s, he has transformed the company from a traditional PT supplier into a provider of engineered solutions, specializing in complex and custom applications.
A longtime PTDA volunteer and past president (2015), Bajaj has served on numerous PTDA and PTDA Foundation boards and committees. His dedication to advancing industry partnerships and workforce development exemplifies the spirit of the Warren Pike Award.
“The Foundation’s work really speaks to me,” Bajaj said. “It’s incredibly fulfilling to support scholarships and awards that help the next generation of industry professionals.”
Bajaj’s vision, service, and enthusiasm continue to strengthen the PT/MC community—making him a fitting recipient of this prestigious award.
