YOU are a leader. This is the mentality you must have every day whether you are an individual contributor or responsible for an entire company. Learning to lead yourself is the first step to becoming an effective leader of others.

Returning speaker Randy Disharoon debuts his new program that will forever change your outlook on leadership and your capacity to achieve greatness. Randy will challenge you to find your career purpose and create your road map. This will lead you to discover what it takes to maximize the effectiveness of your team. Next, using industry-specific scenarios and thought-provoking exercises, Randy will show you how to maximize the talent of your people with a measurable process that will engage employees. After a deep dive into these pillars of leadership, you will walk away with the performance tools needed to be a leader who will inspire your employees and colleagues to go above and beyond.
