Leadership Development Conference Registration Information

Registration is now open. Register online, download the brochure and registration form to sign-up by email or call the PTDA office at +1.312.516.2100.

Note: Registration for the Leadership Development Conference—while open to all—is not required for participation in the Governance Meetings. A Governance Attendance Form will be sent to all governance participants in December.

Leadership Development Conference Delegates

Delegate registration fee includes networking reception (cash bar) on Thursday, March 26; breakfast and lunch on Friday, March 27; and the full-day session on Friday, March 27. Participation in the Birthday in a Bag charity networking event and the Next Gen Comedy Night are optional and not included in the registration fee. You may register for these events on the registration form.

Charity Networking Event: Birthday in a Bag

The delegate and spouse/companion registration fee for the event is $25. All proceeds benefit Beverly's Birthdays.

Next Gen Comedy Night

The delegate and spouse/companion registration fee for the event is $30. You must register in advance on the registration form. On-site registration may not be available.

Refund Policy

Written cancellations received prior to February 25, 2020 will be refunded in full minus a $100 per person administrative fee. Due to PTDA’s contractual obligations with its vendors, no refunds can be issued for cancellations received after February 25, 2020. In a case where PTDA may find it necessary to cancel the Leadership Development Conference, your registration fees will be fully refunded; however, PTDA assumes no liability for any expenses incurred other than your registration fees.

Publicity Photo and Video Acknowledgment

PTDA uses photographs of participants at the Leadership Development Conference to promote the Association and its programs, publications and services. Please be aware this media is for PTDA use only and may be used in the Association’s publications and website. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our photographer.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all Leadership Development Conference activities.

Private Meetings and Entertainment Policies

PTDA reminds all members that hosting organized group business meetings, meals, hospitality suites, private events or other social events (either on-site or off-site) are not permitted during officially-scheduled PTDA or PTDA Foundation functions. Please see the Schedule of Events.

PTDA Event Code of Conduct

By registering for the Leadership Development Conference, you agree to abide by the following PTDA Event Code of Conduct:

PTDA is committed to providing a harassment-free event experience for all participants. We expect participants to follow our Code of Conduct at all Association events. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
  • Harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law;
  • Sexual harassment including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact;
  • Abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person’s ability to enjoy or participate in the conference, including social events related to the conference; and
  • Undue interruption of any conference event, speaker or session.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, harassing or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to expulsion from the event, restriction from participation at future PTDA events and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the PTDA Executive Vice President/CEO or the PTDA President.
