As the relationships between distributors and manufacturers become more critical in our changing industry, opportunities to meet and connect with industry colleagues are vital for you to navigate challenges.

Join your industry colleagues for conversation, drinks, food, fun and networking at these low-cost, centrally located events to increase your time with distributors and suppliers. Reserved for employees of PTDA member companies, registration is now open for the following 2019 events.

Event Code of Conduct

PTDA is committed to providing a harassment-free event experience for all participants. We expect participants to follow our Code of Conduct at all Association events. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law;

  • sexual harassment including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact;

  • abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person’s ability to enjoy or participate in the conference, including social events related to the conference; and

  • undue interruption of any conference event, speaker or session.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, harassing or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to expulsion from the event, restriction from participation at future PTDA events and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the PTDA Executive Vice President/CEO or the PTDA President.
