About this webinar:

What can I do, as an employee in industrial distribution, to increase my value in the new marketplace? What best practices can I do to keep myself motivated, engaged, marketable and valuable to my employer? It’s as simple as A-B-C-D! Industry-specific stories and examples will be used to support the following concepts:

  • Accentuate your strengths
    • How do people view me? How do I view myself? What comes naturally to me? How do I convert the answer to these questions to personal accomplishment?
  • Build virtual relationships
    • What technologies do I need to learn? How do I create a network? How do I run effective virtual meetings?
  • Create your personal brand
    • How do I create a “brand” for myself? How do I set my personal brand goals? How do I create credibility within the PTDA industry?
  • Deploy your communication strategy
    • What are the keys to effective communication? How do I create mind share with my customers (both “internal” and “external”)? How do I build out quarterly, monthly and weekly schedules?
