Access the Meeting Portal

Everything related to the Virtual Industry Summit will be accessible through the meeting portal (Bravura CONNECT), available now using the username and password below at this link:

https://beeapp.bravuratechnologies.com/bee-web/?event=PTDA2020.

Google Chrome is the preferred browser.

Your username and password was emailed to you on October 15 in the Know Before You Go, Issue 1 email from kzander@ptda.org. If you didn't get the email and it's not in your junk/spam folder, let us know.

The Virtual Industry Summit portal is easy to navigate. From customizing your calendar of events to messaging an attendee, everything you need is here. Below is more information on what’s behind each link in the lobby. Take a look around. Or, if you'd like more detail, download the Bravura CONNECT attendee guide.


 

To make a session full screen on your computer, follow these steps:
  1. Launch the Virtual session
  2. Select the ‘X’ in the upper right-hand corner
  3. Select the orange option to reconnect if having audio/video issues
  4. This will launch the webinar in full screen as another tab


Networking

For the networking events, we’ll be using a different software than the meeting portal. You will need to create a profile specifically for the networking event. Access the networking software now to set up your networking profile. Get the most of your networking experience by following these best practices.

To get to the networking events from the portal, click on Meeting Rooms > Agenda. On the calendar, scroll to the networking event and click on it. in the event description, a link to the networking software is next to the Click Here link.

Having trouble accessing the meeting portal (Bravura) or the networking software (Remo)? Run the system checks by clicking on each link below:

Still having issues?

  • Your company may have blocked access to specific types of software. You will need access to these two software to participate in the Virtual Industry Summit. Please work with your IT department to ensure you can join.
  • Google Chrome is the preferred browser for all of the software we're using. If you experience issues, update to the latest version of Chrome and if that doesn't work, Firefox is the suggested backup.
  • If you're in the meeting portal (Bravura),click on the Need help? Click here for live support link at the far right bottom (in the grey box).
  • If you're in the networking event software (Remo), click on the Need help? red icon with a question mark and chat bubble at the far left bottom of the screen.
 

MD-IDEX

Final MD-IDEX appointment schedules were sent via email from PTDA2020Appointments@bravuratechnology.com on Oct. 14. Remember: Emailed schedules show the appointment times in Central Time. 

The appointments are also accessible through the portal (Meeting Rooms > My Meeting > My Appointments) and have been added to your schedule (adjusted for your local time).
