Register Online

To register online, log in with your email address and password (information is pre-populated based on your login). Once logged in, you will also have the opportunity to register others from your company. For assistance logging in, email PTDA or call at +1.312.516.2100. A credit card is required for online registration.

  1. A separate registration form must be received for each delegate. To register additional individuals from your firm, please copy the registration form as necessary.

  2. Issue one payment covering all fees payable to PTDA in U.S. funds. Your payment must accompany the registration form.

  3. Return the registration form with your payment to PTDA via:

Advanced Registration Deadline

To receive the early discounted registration fee, your registration form and payment must be received no later than August 25. To ensure inclusion in the advance PTDA registration list, registration form and payment must be received no later than September 15.

Industry Summit Delegate Registration Includes:

The Welcome Reception on October 27; Welcome Breakfast, Opening Session and Keynote Speaker, Networking Break, panel discussion/sessions, Networking Lunch and MD-IDEX* on October 28; MD-IDEX*, Networking Lunch, Closing Keynote and Closing Event on October 29.
*For participating distributors and registered manufacturer and associate attendees.

Industry Summit Spouse/Companion Registration Includes:

A la carte registration for the Welcome Reception on October 27; Welcome Breakfast on October 28; Networking Lunch & Closing Keynote and Closing Event on October 29. Or, spouses/companions may choose the all-inclusive registration (includes all the events mentioned above) to save 10%. The PTDA Foundation Golf Outing is an optional event with a separate registration fee. This all-inclusive fee reflects PTDA's actual costs; no markup has been added. Spouses/Companions who plan to attend the Opening Session and Keynote Speakers, Networking Lunches, and MD-IDEX must register as delegates.

MD-IDEX Participation and Booth Confirmation

A minimum of one team member per company must be registered by September 15 to take full advantage of the scheduling opportunities. Companies confirming a MD-IDEX booth must also register each attending delegate for the Industry Summit. Any employee from your company registered for the Industry Summit will have the ability to join the appointment. Any company registering after September 15 may still participate in direct scheduling if timing allows but may miss out on the matchmaking opportunity.

PTDA Policies

Refund Policies

Delegate and Spouse/Companion Registration: Written cancellations received prior to October 14 will be refunded in full. Due to PTDA’s contractual obligations with its vendors, no refunds can be issued for cancellations received on or after October 14, 2022.

PTDA Foundation Golf Outing
Written cancellations received prior to October 14 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received on or after October 14, including on-site cancellations, will be refunded only if a substitute is found by the registered guest to fill the space.

Private Meetings and Entertainment Policy

PTDA reminds all members that hosting organized group business meetings or luncheons, hospitality suites, private events or other social events (either on-site or off-site) are not permitted during officially­ scheduled PTDA or PTDA Foundation functions. Please see the Schedule of Events. The open time during MD-IDEX is not considered optional time to be used for private meetings outside of the MD-IDEX booth.

Publicity Photo and Video Acknowledgement

PTDA uses photographs and video of participants at the Industry Summit to promote the Association and its programs, publications and services. Please be aware this media is for PTDA use only and may be used in the Association’s publications and website. If you do not wish to be photographed or appear on video, please email PTDA before joining the virtual event.



Business casual attire is appropriate for all Industry Summit activities.

PTDA Event Code of Conduct

By registering for the Industry Summit, you agree to abide by the following PTDA Event Code of Conduct:

PTDA is committed to providing a harassment-free event experience for all participants. We expect participants to follow our Code of Conduct at all Association events. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law
  • Sexual harassment including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact
  • Abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person’s ability to enjoy or participate in the conference, including social events related to the conference
  • Undue interruption of any conference event, speaker or session

PTDA has a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, harassing or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to expulsion from the event, restriction from participation at future PTDA events and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the PTDA Executive Vice President/CEO or the PTDA President.
