PTDA Foundation Golf Outing

Thursday, October 22 | 7:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. (8:00 a.m. shotgun start)

Hermitage Golf Course


The Hermitage is recognized as one of the top 10 courses in Tennessee by Golf Digest. Test your skills on the President’s Reserve course which trails through 300 acres of natural Tennessee wetlands and along the banks of the beautiful Cumberland River.

Registration Options*

Option 1: Foursome US$1,250
Round up friends and colleagues for some friendly-competition!
Please confirm participation with the members of your foursome before completing this portion of the form. If someone in your foursome needs club rental and the cost will not be covered by the foursome sponsor, please be sure the delegate requests club rental on his/her registration form. Submission deadline for foursomes is September 15, 2022.

Option 2: Register yourself and/or your spouse/companion at a price of US$250 per person.
Fee includes transportation to/from the course, cart, range balls, participation in the four contests on the course (longest drive, closest to the pin, hole–in–one and longest putt) and a continental breakfast and box lunch. See the registration page for all fees and to make your foursome selection.

Golf club rental is available for $60 per set.

*Registration for a foursome includes $700 for the cost of the outing and a $550 contribution to the PTDA Foundation. The registration fee as an individual golfer includes $175 for the cost of the outing and a $75 contribution to the PTDA Foundation.


The PTDA Foundation is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)3 corporation whose operations are funded entirely by tax-deductible contributions from industry participants and program revenues.
