Advance Registration Deadlines
To receive the early discounted registration fee and particpate in DM-IDEX your registration form and payment must be received no later than April 26. To ensure inclusion in the advance PTDA registration list, registration form and payment must be received no later than April 26.
 

Refund Policies

Delegate and Spouse/Companion Registration:
Written cancellations received by May 15 will be refunded and processed in full by June 15. Due to PTDA’s contractual obligations with its vendors, no refunds can be issued for cancellations received on or after May 15.
 
PTDA Golf Outing
Written cancellations received prior to May 15 will be refunded in full. Cancellations received after this date, including on-site cancellations, will be refunded only if a substitute is found by the registered guest to fill the space.
 

Publicity Photo Acknowledgement

PTDA uses photographs of participants at the Canadian Conference to promote the Association and its programs, publications and services. Please be aware that these photos are for PTDA use only and may be used in the Association’s publications and website.
 

Event Code of Conduct

PTDA is committed to providing a harassment-free event experience for all participants. We expect participants to follow our Code of Conduct at all Association events. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:
  • harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law;
  • sexual harassment including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact;
  • abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person’s ability to enjoy or participate in the conference, including social events related to the conference; and
  • undue interruption of any conference event, speaker or session.
We have a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, harassing or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to expulsion from the event, restriction from participation at future PTDA events and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the PTDA Executive Vice President/CEO or the PTDA President.
