Registration Information

Register online

All credit card payments will be charged in U.S. dollars, but will appear on your credit card statement in your local currency.

A separate registration form must be received for each delegate. To register additional individuals from your firm, please download additional registration forms. Issue one payment covering all registration fees and optional events, payable to PTDA in U.S. funds. Your payment must accompany the registration.

Full Conference Registration

The distributor delegate registration fee includes participation in the entire schedule including a table at DM-IDEX, except the golf outing. 

The manufacturer delegate registration fee includes participation in the entire schedule, except the golf outing.

Spouse/Companion Registration

The spouse/companion fee includes the networking reception and dinner on Wednesday and networking reception on Thursday.

Nonmember Attendance Policy

Nonmembers must meet the qualifications for membership and must contact PTDA before registering. Qualified nonmembers may attend once as a nonmember at the nonmember registration fee and must join to attend future events.

Advance Registration Deadline

To ensure inclusion in the advance PTDA registration list, your registration form and payment must be received no later than April 28, 2020. PTDA cannot guarantee pre-printed badges or inclusion in the final registration list for those who register after this date. Maximize your exposure at the conference by registering early.

Refund Policies

Delegate and Spouse/Companion Conference Registration
Written cancellations received on or prior to April 28, 2020, will be refunded in full minus a US$100 per person administrative fee. Due to our contractual commitments we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations received after April 28, 2020.
Golf Registration
Written cancellations received prior to April 28, 2020, will be refunded in full. Cancellations received on or after April 28, 2020, including on-site cancellations, will be refunded only if a substitute is found to fill the space. Identification of all substitutes is the responsibility of the registered guest.

Publicity Photo Acknowledgment

PTDA uses photographs of participants at the Canadian Conference to promote the Association and its programs, publications and services. Please be aware that these photos are for PTDA use only and may be used in the Association’s publications and website. If you do not wish to have your picture taken, please inform our photographer.


Business casual attire is appropriate for all Canadian Conference activities.

Private Meetings and Entertainment Policies

Organized group business meetings or luncheons, hospitality suites, private events or other social events (either on-site or off-site) are not permitted during officially scheduled PTDA functions. Please see the Schedule of Events. The open time during DM-IDEX is not considered optional time to be used for private meetings outside of the DM-IDEX table.

No PTDA functions have been scheduled after 7:00 p.m. on the evening of June 4 to allow for private events; transportation to off-site events may begin after 7:00 p.m. 

Event Code of Conduct

PTDA is committed to providing a harassment-free event experience for all participants. We expect participants to follow our Code of Conduct at all Association events. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law;

  • sexual harassment including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact;

  • abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person’s ability to enjoy or participate in the conference, including social events related to the conference; and

  • undue interruption of any conference event, speaker or session.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, harassing or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to expulsion from the event, restriction from participation at future PTDA events and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the PTDA Executive Vice President/CEO or the PTDA President.
