About EPTDA

The EMEA Power Transmission Distributors Association (EPTDA) was established in 1998 to address business issues for the power transmission/motion control industry in Europe. Headquartered in Brussels, Belgium, it is PTDA’s first affiliated regional organization.  In 2013, EPTDA's licensing agreement was extended to include the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

EPTDA’s organizational structure and membership criteria are similar to PTDA’s. Members include 129 distributors, 102 manufacturers and 15 associate members.

EPTDA is separately incorporated, but reciprocal representation is maintained on each organization’s Board of Directors.

The EPTDA Annual Convention offers networking and targeted education for the European, Middle Eastern and African power transmission/motion control industry. PTDA distributor members may attend the EPTDA event at the member rate.
