Industry Summit Delegate Registration:

Includes the Welcome Reception on October 18; Welcome Breakfast, Annual Business Meeting, Opening Keynote, Concurrent Keynotes, Networking Lunch and scheduled breaks on October 19; MD-IDEX (for all distributors and exhibitors), Networking Lunch, Closing Keynote, Distributor Workshop (for all distributors) and Closing Event on October 20. The PTDA Foundation Golf Outing, Tennis Outing, Fly Fishing Adventure and the Wish for Wheels are optional events with separate registrations and fees.

 

Industry Summit Spouse/Companion Registration:

Spouses/Companions may register a la carte for the Welcome Reception on October 18; Welcome Breakfast, Annual Business Meeting and Opening Keynote on October 19; Networking Lunch, Closing Keynote and Closing Event‎ on October 20. Or, spouses/companions may choose the all-inclusive registration (includes all of the events mentioned above) to save 10%. The PTDA Foundation Golf Outing, Tennis Outing, Fly Fishing Adventure and the Wish for Wheels Charity Event are optional events with separate registrations and fees. Spouses/Companions who plan to attend the Concurrent Keynotes, Friday Networking Lunch, MD-IDEX and/or the Distributor Workshop must register as delegates.

 

Wish for Wheels

The Wish for Wheels Charity Event is an optional event with a separate registration fee. The US$25 registration fee is a contribution to Wish for Wheels. Wish for Wheels is a not-for-profit, tax-exempt 501(c)(3) corporation. Your registration fee may be tax deductible to the full amount allowed by the law.

 

MD-IDEX Reservation

MD-IDEX booths must be reserved separately. To reserve a booth, download the MD-IDEX Booth Reservation Form or email Brenda Holt or call at +1.312.516.2100. Only PTDA manufacturer and associate members that have reserved an MD-IDEX booth and all distributors will be allowed in the MD-IDEX session. Companies reserving an MD-IDEX booth must also register each attending delegate for the Industry Summit.

 

Online Registration

Registration opens in June. To register online,  log in with your email address and password (information is pre-populated based on your login). Once logged in, you will also have the opportunity to register others from your company. For assistance logging in, email PTDA or call at +1.312.516.2100. A credit card is required for online registration.

 

Mail, Fax or Email Registration

Please review the following instructions before registering:

 

  1. A separate registration form must be received for each delegate. To register additional individuals from your firm, please copy both pages of the registration form included in the brochure as necessary
  2. Indicate spouse/companion participation by adding the fee for each event they wish to attend
  3. Indicate participation in the optional PTDA Foundation Golf Outing, Tennis Outing or Fly Fishing Adventure or the Wish for Wheels Charity Event by including the fees on the subtotal line. If purchasing a foursome for the Golf Outing, include the names and company affiliations of those who have been confirmed for your foursome
  4. Issue one payment covering all fees payable to PTDA in U.S. funds. Your payment must accompany the registration form
  5. Return the registration form with your payment to PTDA via:

Advance Registration Deadlines

To receive the early discounted registration fee, your registration form and payment must be received no later than August 10, 2018. To receive the regular registration fee and ensure inclusion in the advance PTDA registration list, registration form and payment must be received no later than September 11, 2018.

 

Refund Policies

Delegate and Spouse/Companion Registration: Written cancellations received prior to September 11, 2018, will be refunded in full minus a US$100 per person administrative fee. Due to PTDA’s contractual obligations with its vendors, no refunds can be issued for cancellations received on or after September 11, 2018.

PTDA Foundation Golf Outing: Written cancellations received prior to September 11, 2018, will be refunded in full.  Cancellations received on or after September 11, 2018, including on-site cancellations, will be refunded only if a substitute is found by the registered guest to fill the space.

 

Publicity Photo and Video Acknowledgement

PTDA uses photographs and video of participants at the Industry Summit to promote the Association and its programs, publications and services. Please be aware this media is for PTDA use only and may be used in the Association’s publications and website. If you do not wish to be photographed or appear on video, please inform our photographer and or videographer.

 

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all Industry Summit activities. Casual/ski attire is appropriate for the Closing Event.
 

PTDA Event Code of Conduct

By registering for the Industry Summit, you agree to abide by the following PTDA Event Code of Conduct:

PTDA is committed to providing a harassment-free event experience for all participants. We expect participants to follow our Code of Conduct at all Association events. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

  • Harassment based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected status, as provided by local, state or federal law
  • Sexual harassment including unwelcome attention, stalking and physical contact
  • Abusive conduct that has the purpose or effect of unreasonably interfering with another person’s ability to enjoy or participate in the conference, including social events related to the conference
  • Undue interruption of any conference event, speaker or session

PTDA has a zero-tolerance policy for hostile, harassing or abusive conduct. If a person engages in such conduct, appropriate action will be taken, including but not limited to expulsion from the event, restriction from participation at future PTDA events and/or withdrawal of membership. Individuals who witness, become aware of or experience inappropriate conduct should report such conduct to the PTDA Executive Vice President/CEO or the PTDA President.

 

Private Meetings and Entertainment Policies

PTDA reminds all members that hosting organized group business meetings or luncheons, hospitality suites, private events or other social events (either on-site or off-site) are not permitted during officially-scheduled PTDA or PTDA Foundation functions. Please see Schedule of Events. The open time during MD-IDEX is not considered optional time to be used for private meetings outside of the MD-IDEX booth.

No PTDA or PTDA Foundation functions have been scheduled during the evening of October 19 to allow for private events. On October 19, private on-site events may be held after 4:00 p.m. local time; transportation to off-site events may begin after 7:00 p.m. For information about available space at The Broadmoor on Friday evening and for food and beverage options, please complete the Hospitality Request Form and submit to Amanda Ulrich at The Broadmoor.
