A block of rooms has been reserved from March 19 through March 26, 2011, for PTDA attendees for US$182 single/double per night on a first-come, first-served basis through February 21, 2011 or until the block is filled (whichever comes first).  After February 21, the hotel will release any unused rooms in the PTDA block, and reservations will be taken on a space-available basis and at the room rate available from the hotel at the time of reservation.  Room reservations may only be made through the online housing process below.

Committee Meetings & Manufacturer Council Meeting (March 21)
Leadership Development Conference (March 21-22)
PTDA Board of Directors Meeting (March 21-22)
IFPE Show (March 22-26)

Note:  Members of the PTDA Board of Directors, Manufacturer Council and Standing Committee Chairs will be participating in the Strategic Planning Sessions during the PTDA Board meeting on March 21 and 22.

Because the PTDA room block at the New York - New York Hotel and Casino is connected to the IFPE Show, the block is separated into three groups based on the events you will be attending.  Each group has a separate link for hotel accommodations which is determined by whether you are attending the IFPE Show in addition to the PTDA meetings or just the PTDA meeting(s).  Please review each option before clicking the appropriate link.

Option 1: Attending the IFPE Show AND the Leadership Development Conference and/or Committee/Manufacturer Council Meetings, or Board Meetings.

Because the room block is connected with the IFPE show, the link directs you through the IFPE show registration process before you can book your room. 

Click here to register if (1) attending the IFPE Show AND (2) attending the Leadership Development Conference and/or Committee/Manufacturer Council Meetings, or Board Meetings.

  1. At the “How did you hear about  CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2011?” drop-down, choose “Co-Located Association.”
  2. At the “Which association informed you of CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2011?” drop-down, select “Power Transmission Distributors Association” from the list of associations. 
  3. The “Source or Promotion Code” field should be pre-populated with SPTD2.
  4. Once you have completed the registraton process, you can continue to book your room and will be taken to the New York - New York hotel room block.

Option 2: Attending the Leadership Development Conference and/or Committee & Manufacturer Council Meetings and/or Board Meetings but NOT attending the IFPE Show.

Because the room block is connected with the IFPE show, even though you are not attending the IFPE show, you still must go through the IFPE show registration process to book your room.

  1. At the “How did you hear about  CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2011?” drop-down, choose “Co-Located Association.”
  2. At the “Which association informed you of CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2011?” drop-down, select “Power Transmission Distributors Association” from the list of associations. 
  3. The “Source or Promotion Code” field should be pre-populated with SPTD3.
  4. Once you have completed the profile questions you can click the next page and skip to the registration summary page with a $0 badge fee. 
  5. Click on the button at the bottom of the page to continue and book a room in the New York New York hotel room block.

Option 3: Attending the IFPE Show only but NOT attending the Leadership Development Conference and/or Committee/Manufacturer Council Meetings and/or Board Meetings.

Because the room block is connected with the IFPE show, this link directs you through the IFPE show registration site before you can book your room. 

Click here to register if (1) attending the IFPE show BUT NOT (2) attending the Leadership Development Conference and/or Committee & Manufacturer Council Meetings and/or Board Meetings.

  1. At the “How did you hear about  CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2011?” drop-down, choose “Co-Located Association.”
  2. At the “Which association informed you of CONEXPO-CON/AGG & IFPE 2011?” drop-down, select “Power Transmission Distributors Association” from the list of associations. 
  3. The “Source or Promotion Code” field should be pre-populated with SPTD1.
  4. Once you have completed the registraton process you can continue to book your room and will be taken to the inventory of all hotels within the IFPE show housing block.
