A block of rooms has been reserved for Industry Summit attendees at
the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge for US$259 single/double per night on a
first-come, first-served basis though September 15, 2010 or until the
block is filled (whichever comes first). Now that the September 15
deadline has passed, the hotel has released unused rooms in the
PTDA block and will continue to take reservations on a
space-available basis and at the room rate available from the hotel at
the time of reservation.

reference code PTDA or Power Transmission. PTDA cannot guarantee
guest room availability.
Did you know? PTDA is required to
guarantee a minimum number of room nights to get this great rate and
have use of the meeting room and exhibit space at no charge. If
the minimum is not met, PTDA must pay the hotel an attrition fee (equal
to the room nights not sold times the $259/night rate).
