The deadline to reserve in the PTDA room block at a rate of
US$225 single/double per night has been extended to October 2,
2009!

Opened in December 2008, the Hilton San Diego
Bayfront features oversized rooms with spectacular bay and city
views. Each room has upgraded amenities and is well
appointed for business travel with a large work desk. And,
knowing that it’s hard for you to be disconnected from the
day-to-day operations of your business, PTDA has negotiated with the
Hilton to bring free high speed Internet to every
Industry Summit delegate’s guest room.
Attending the Industry Summit is a smart business decision.
Understanding that cost can be a factor in the decision to attend this
premier industry event, we’ve worked hard to secure rates that are
affordable and competitive. Attendees of other groups who are
meeting at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront are paying as much as $295 per
night—and the non-group rate is even higher. The rate
for PTDA Industry Summit delegates is discounted nearly 25
percent—at US$225 single/double per night.
Hotel Registration Information
A block of rooms has been reserved for Industry
Summit attendees for US$225 single/double per night on a first-come,
first-served basis though October 2, 2009 or until the block is filled
(whichever comes first). After October 2, 2009, the hotel will release any
unused rooms in the PTDA block, and reservations will be taken on a
space-available basis.
