Joint Manufacturer Reception
Friday, October 23
5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
$650 (unlimited hosts)

Host the party that everyone will be talking about! Join fellow manufacturers as a host of the reception on Friday, October 23, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Held outdoors (weather permitting) at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, the Joint Manufacturer Reception is a cost-effective way to informally network with existing and potential distributors. Each host will be designated by signage on the tables.  And, as there will be no other PTDA events scheduled at the same time, attendance is sure to be at an all-time high.

While all distributor delegates are invited, only the manufacturers hosting the reception will be allowed to attend. Hosts will receive recognition on the invitation in each distributor delegate’s registration packet, on the host’s name badge and on signage at the event. The hosting fee for the Joint Manufacturer Reception is $650.  That’s $100 less than the fee for the 2008 Joint Manufacturer Reception.

New for 2009! 

As a host of the Joint Manufacturer Reception, you can also sponsor a drawing designed to attract distributors to your table.  With a contribution of $100 to the joint drawing, each participating host will have a bowl on their table.  As distributors visit your table, they can fill out a slip with their name and company name to be included in the drawing.  Distributors may enter once at each manufacturer’s table.  At the end of the reception, all of the slips will be combined and names will be drawn.  Winners will receive American Express gift cards (denominations to be determined by the number of reception hosts contributing to the pool).  Check the box on the sponsorship application included in the packet to contribute to the drawing.
