PTDA Manufacturer Member Participation in MD-IDEX
A booth at MD-IDEX is a benefit unique to PTDA manufacturer
members—only members can exhibit during MD-IDEX and make
appointments with distributor members. MD-IDEX can help you get
your foot in the door or help you solidify relationships you may already
have with distributors.
MD-IDEX:
Increases your company’s visibility at the Industry
Summit. Provides an extremely cost- and time- efficient opportunity to
meet with multiple distributors. Communicates awareness of your brands and products through
limited tabletop displays of product samples, posters and silent
multimedia. Allows distributors to schedule advanced appointments with you
or browse during open time.
Here’s how you can make the most of your MD-IDEX
experience:
Reserve your booth space by July 30th! You must reserve a booth in MD-IDEX in order to
use the online appointment
scheduler and to hold meetings during
MD-IDEX. To reserve your space, contact PTDA at +1.312.516.2100 or
e-mail Brenda Holt at bholt@ptda.org. Space is limited;
reserving by June 30th ensures best placement and inclusion in the
promotions in advance of MD-IDEX. Schedule meetings with PTDA distributor members who are
attending the Industry Summit. The list of registered distributors will
be available on PTDA’s website by mid-September. Online scheduling
for exhibiting manufacturers will begin at 10:00 a.m. Central on
September 15, 2011 and will be open through September 23,
2011. Download a demonstration of the online
scheduling process so you'll be ready to go when the scheduler is live.
Please note the current demo is live and the content has been updated,
but the pictures do not represent exactly what you will be seeing on
screen as of September 9/15/11. Prepare, prepare, prepare! Just as you would for any business
or sales meeting, research the companies you will be meeting with and
develop an agenda. Staff your booth for both open time and scheduled
appointments.
