Registration Information
Member Conference Registration
The member conference registration fee includes participation in all
educational sessions, dinner on Friday and breakfast and lunch on
Saturday. Receptions/dinner will include a cash bar.
Spouse/Guest Registration
The spouse/guest registration fee includes the dinner on Friday evening.
Reception/dinner will include a cash bar.
Refund Policy
Written cancellations received prior to February 1, 2010 will be
refunded in full minus a US$50 per person administrative fee. Due to
PTDA’s
contractual obligations with its vendors, no refunds can be issued for
cancellations received on or after February 1.
ADA Compliance
PTDA complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act. If you have
special requirements, please contact PTDA before February 1, 2010 at

Publicity Photo Acknowledgement
PTDA uses photographs of participants at the Executive Development
Conference to promote the association and its programs, publications and
services. Please be aware that these photos are for PTDA use only and
may be used in the association’s publications and Web site. If you
do not
wish to have your picture taken, please inform our photographer.
