1. Download the Skill Sets Matrix. This matrix features 34
different positions, cross-referenced against 58 skills. An "X" in
the box indicates that the skill referenced on the left is needed
for the position listed across the top.

2. Download the Training Matrix. On the left side of the
training matrix are the skills sets referenced in the Skill Sets
Matrix. The first column includes links to training products
available through PTDA. The second column includes links to
training products from other resources, recommended by members of the
Employee Development Committee.
