Vice President Human Resources
Salary Range: $162,000 - $260,000**

  • Responsible for the entire range of personnel administration and employee relations activity.
  • Develops, recommends, and implements policies and programs in such areas as recruitment and employment, organizational planning, training, wage, salary and benefits administration, labor relations, communications and safety.
  • Provides guidance and technical assistance in each area to other staff and operating functions of the organization.

Senior Human Resources Manager
Salary Range: $102,000 - $141,000**

  • Assume full management responsibility for all services and activities of the Human
  • Resources Department, including recruitment and selection, classification and compensation, employee and labor relations, personnel records, risk management, insurance, employee and organizational development and affirmative action.
  • Manage the development and implementation of the Human Resources Department goals, objectives, policies and priorities of each area.
  • Plan, direct, and coordinate, through subordinate level managers, the department's work plan; assign projects, review and evaluate work methods and procedures, meet with management staff to identify and resolve problems.
  • Respond to and resolve difficult and sensitive employee inquiries and complaints.

Human Resources Manager
Salary Range: $41,000 - $70,000*

  • Designs, plans and implements human resources programs and policies, including staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, training, and health and safety programs.
  • Manages activities relating to staffing, training, management development, employee relations, affirmative action benefits administration and compensation.
  • Manages a group of human resources professionals.

Human Resources Generalist
Salary Range: $39,000 - $52,000**

 

  • Designs and administers human resources policies and procedures.
  • Collects and analyzes human resources data, and then makes recommendations to management.
  • Processes paperwork for functional area according to established procedures.
  • Prepares internal employee communications regarding compensation benefits or company policies.

General/Functional Corporate Trainer
Salary Range: $57,000 - $73,000**

  • Responsible for management employee training and development.
  • Performs studies of management personnel and uses results to develop and implement appropriate training courses.
  • Designs and conducts company training programs.
  • Monitors and reports the effectiveness of training of employees during the orientation period and for career development.
  • Involved in initial plan and existing plan enhancements.

Payroll
Salary Range: $30,000 - $38,000**

  • Compiles payroll data, including hours worked, bonus pay, commissions, taxes, deductions from time sheets and other payroll related records.
  • Input hours and earnings into payroll software.
  • Updates master payroll records by verifying changes, including tax exemptions, insurance coverage, child support, net wages, salary increases and job transfers.
  • Prepares periodic reports of earnings, taxes and deductions.

Human Resources Specialist
Salary Range: $36,000 - $47,000**

  • Provide lead responsibility to other HR staff in processing a variety of personnel forms to hire, promote, transfer and separate employees in the automated HR/payroll system.
  • Maintain the integrity of the employee data and the automated HR processes.
  • Maintain a variety of data in the HR/payroll systems.
  • Perform a variety of technical tasks related to assigned area of responsibility.

Benefits Administrator
Salary Range: $34,000 - $44,000**

  • Administers, processes and maintains company benefit programs.
  • Functions as a liaison between vendors and employees.
  • Performs a variety of tasks.
  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field.

Human Resources Clerk
Salary Range: $27,000 - $36,000**

  • Performs administrative duties in support of the maintenance of employee records, including personal status updates, terminations and new hires.
  • Assists in the collection of employee information for reports and statistical research.
  • Enters employee data into the company record keeping system.
