Chief Financial
Officer
Salary Range: $78,000 to $159,000*
- Directs and coordinates company's financial affairs according to
financial principles and government regulations. Establishes major
economic objectives and policies for the company.
- Directs and prepares financial analyses of operations for guidance
of management. Reports and recommends to top management or Board
of Directors in regard to policies and programs. Plans and directs
new operational procedures to obtain optimum efficiency and reduced
costs.
- Establishes extensive line of credit. Directs receipt,
disbursement, and expenditures of money or capital assets.
Approves and signs documents effecting monetary transactions. Directs
the activities concerned with safekeeping, control, and accounting for
assets and securities.
- Directs preparation of budgets and financial forecasts. Analyzes
division or department budget requests to identify areas in which
reductions can be made, and allocates operating budget. Directs
the preparation of reports that outline company's financial position in
areas of income, expenses, and earnings based on past, present and
future operations.
- Directs preparation of directives to division or department
administrator outlining policy, program, or operating changes to be
implemented.
- Promotes organization in financial markets to assure sources of
capital.
Controller/Treasurer
Salary Range: $57,000 to $90,000*
- Working closely with Executive Leadership, develops, implements and
achieves the strategic and operational plans of the company. Helps
develop the financial goals of the company.
- Directs all accounting functions to ensure month-end closing
deadlines are met and financial statements are accurately stated.
Manages the accounting function to ensure proper preparation of journal
entries and provide analytical review of financial statements.
Provides oversight of the financial closing process and final review of
monthly packages.
- Manages and controls the Sarbanes-Oxley compliance program for the
organization. Regularly reviews and updates documented business
processes. Conducts quarterly audits of processes and identified
controls for accuracy and compliance. Certifies compliance with
all identified controls; serves as company’s designated liaison to
internal and external auditors.
- Manages and directs the company payroll function and the leased
assets program, including both fleet and facilities
management.
- Provides accurate, consistent and timely financial information and
reports to support all locations. Reviews procedures and processes
to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
- Determines performance expectations, evaluates performance and
provides development opportunities for assigned staff.
Accounting
Manager
Salary Range: $73,000 to $101,000**

Manages the General Accounting and Budget functions of the
Accounting Department ensuring staff works as a team. Determines
performance expectations, evaluates performance, and provides coaching
and opportunities for training and development.

Oversees/performs month-end and quarter-end closing activities and
provides ongoing customer service, support, and open communication with
various offices across the organization.

Oversees/monitors all processes to ensure that they are handled
according to generally accepted accounting principles. Maintains
accountability for completion of all projects.

Oversees and monitors sales tax and property tax filings; ensures
that projects and audits are completed accurately and in a timely
manner. Assesses and recommends accounting controls; reconciles
discrepancies; prepares reports; resolves procedural problems.
Internal Auditor
Salary Range: $43,000 to $53,000**
- Performs control review and control testing on critical
processes. Issues status reports on compliance and related
issues. Implements new controls and tests where appropriate.
Recommends changes to controls where appropriate.
- Maintains Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) process narrative documentation to
ensure it is updated and accurate. Coordinates SOX work with
internal and external auditors.
- Ensures that audits are completed accurately and in a timely
manner. Maintains a calendar to ensure quarterly testing
requirements are met. Provides consistent, timely and accurate
support to all locations.
- Provides ongoing customer service, support and open communication
with regional and branch offices. Communicates information to all
levels of management and corporate, regional and local employees.
Collections Supervisor
Salary Range: $38,000 to
$63,000*
- Supervises Collection Specialists. Ensures that productivity
and quality standards are achieved. Ensures that staff works as a
team. Leads by example, communicates information and provides
training. Determines performance expectations, evaluates
performance and provides coaching and opportunities for
development.
- Coordinates invoice collection and resolution of problems with major
customers and with Regional, District, and Branch Managers when
required. Recommends solutions to prevent problems from
reoccurring.
- Achieves targeted collections Goals and Objectives.
Contributes to the success of achieving the Corporate, Regional and
Branch Daily
- Sales Outstanding (DSO) goals. Contributes to the reduction of
Past Due delinquency percentages. Achieves targeted DSO and Past
Due delinquency objectives.
- Implements all Collection Policies and Procedures; provides regular
management reports. Provides a high level of service to internal
and external customers.
Accounts Payable
Clerk
Salary Range: $28,000 to $38,000**

Consults with branches and answers branch and vendor questions on
accounts payable in a timely and accurate manner.

Quickly and accurately resolves discrepancies and past due
invoices.

Performs keying functions necessary to receive inventory on direct
ship invoices; audits previous day’s keying for accuracy.

Accounts Receivable
Clerk
Salary Range: $27,000 to $35,000*

Keys customer payment information, Accounts Receivable adjustments
and credit card transaction information into the system in a timely and
accurate manner.

Corresponds with customers, credit departments and branches
regarding discrepancies. Answers questions and provides accurate
and timely information.

Receives mail from lock box and directs information to appropriate
branches; prepares deposit slips for checks received and posts cash
timely and accurately. Balances daily cash receipts, journals and
completes cash deposit spreadsheets.

Files correspondence and maintains updated files. Researches and
resolves problems and maintains accurate documentation. Provides a
high level of service to all customers.
