Workshop allows your sales personnel to experience first-hand the
application basics of power transmission products.
What You'll Learn

Attendees will participate in lecture and lab sessions from
8:00 to 4:00 p.m. Each day's session will cover product specifics
including:

Industry terminology.

Application and use of the power transmission/motion control
product.

Relationship of the product in an application.

Strengths and weaknesses of the product.

Measuring the product.

Installation and mounting of components.

Who Should Attend
This workshop is designed for employees with less than three
years of experience in the power transmission/motion control (PT/MC)
industry. The workshop is geared toward four positions:
current employees who have the potential of moving into sales, counter
sales staff, inside sales staff or outside sales staff/account managers
looking for a refresher.
Space is limited! The workshop can only
accommodate 32 students and is available only to PTDA

This is exactly the kind of training I was looking for when I was
a new hire, and could still benefit from it. To be able to use the
products in real applications is a great idea and offers a unique, more
effective learning experience than traditional training
styles.
I think this type of training would take our customer service to the
next level because we would have hands-on product and trouble shooting
experience to speak from as well as more comprehensive
understanding of the products we sell.
