Registration Information
The registration fee for the Product Application Workshop is $595 for
employees of PTDA members before March 18. After March 18th, the
registration fee becomes $645 for each member registration.

Refund Policy
Written cancellations received prior to March 18, 2011 will be
refunded in full minus a US$50 per person administrative fee. Due
to PTDA's contractual obligations with its vendors, no refunds can be
issued for cancellations received on or after March 18, 2011.

Publicity Photo Acknowledgement
PTDA uses photographs of participants at the Product Application
Workshop to promote the association and its programs, publications
and services. Please be aware that these photos are for PTDA use
and may be used in the association's publications on Web site. If
you do not wish to have your picture taken, please inform our
photographer.
Attire
Bring work gloves and wear clothing suitable for hands-on
application.
