Using Supervisor Tools to Track Online and Offline Training

Supervisors are able to use the PT Interactive Online platform to track ALL training for multiple employees, including training taken elsewhere or offline.  Learn how to use the supervisor tools to monitor your staff’s training by downloading the supervisor’s guides below.

Access Supervisor Tools

To use the supervisor tracking functions:

• You must have created a group through the PT Interactive Online product list page by using “Group Creation.”
• Your company must have purchased at least one course using your Company ID.

To access the supervisor tools, you’ll need the username and password you created when you set up your “Group Creation” account or supervisor account.  To log into your supervisor account, go to the Online Course Login Page at www.ptda.org/PTonlinelogin.  

Each time you login, the “Online Training Portal” will be your launch page.  On this page, you will be able to view any announcements you have created for your group(s) and access the online and offline Supervisor Tools.
