Supervisor Tools and Company Access
Setting up a Supervisor Account and Company Group Code
The supervisor account and company group code are set up in the same
process. The supervisor account allows one person to view the
progress of employees taking PT Interactive Online and to use
the PT Interactive Online platform to track other training
(either from another provider or offline). When employees register
for courses using the Company ID (or group code), their records can be
accessed by the supervisor.
To begin, purchase a "Group Creation" product from the PT Interactive Online product list page. There
is no charge for this product.
Click "Buy Now" to add Group
Creation to your cart. Click the "Check Out"
button.
Complete all of
the fields on the checkout form, including your user name and password
as well as the information in the "Company Information" section.
Complete the information and click on the "Preview Order" button.
Review the information and, if correct, click on the "Complete Order"
button.

Upon completion, you'll see a confirmation screen
with your company ID (beginning with "CMP"). You'll also receive
an e-mail with the company ID. When this code is entered in the
Company ID section during the course purchase process, the course will
be available for a supervisor to track and monitor. Provide your
employees with the company ID and let them know to include it in the
Company ID section when purchasing a PT Interactive Online
course.

The user name and password you created in the
checkout process provides you with supervisor access to all courses
purchased using your company ID. To access the supervisor
