Registration Category Descriptions

  • Full Conference Registration: The delegate registration fee includes participation in all education, networking and social events other than the Golf Outing and Saturday Reception & Dinner. 
  • Quantity Discount Registration: For companies that send two (2) or more representatives to the conference, the first one (1) delegate will be charged the full conference fee and each additional registrant will be charged the quantity discount fee. 
  • Spouse/Companion Registration: The spouse/companion fee includes participation in the Welcome Reception, Friday Walk & Breakfast,Friday Reception & Dinner and invitation to Saturday’s Keynote Address.
  • Optional Events: The Golf Outing and Saturday Reception & Dinner are optional events with separate registration fees.

Advance Registration Deadline

To ensure inclusion in the advance PTDA registration list, your registration form and payment must be received no later than May 3, 2010.  PTDA cannot guarantee pre-printed badges or inclusion in the final registration list for those who register after that date.  Maximize your exposure at the conference by registering early!

Product Showcase Reservations

Product Showcase tables are open to all PTDA manufacturer members and must be reserved separately. Registration form and fee must be received by April 15, 2010 to be included in advance promotions. Companies reserving a table at the Product Showcase must also register each attending delegate for the Canadian Conference.

Conference Registration Instructions

  1. A separate registration form must be received for each delegate.  To register additional individuals from your firm, please copy the registration form as necessary, or contact PTDA at +1.312.516.2100 or ptda@ptda.org for additional forms. 

2.  Indicate participation in all optional events by entering the number attending each event. 

3.  Issue one payment covering all registration fees and optional events, payable to PTDA in U.S. funds.  Your payment must accompany the registration form. 

4.  Return the registration form with your payment to PTDA:

     For express deliveries, contact the PTDA office (+1.312.516.2100) for a street address.

All credit card payments will be charged in U.S. dollars, but will appear on your credit card statement in your local currency.

Publicity Photo Acknowledgement

PTDA uses photographs of participants at the Canadian Conference to promote the association and its programs, publications and services.  Please be aware that these photos are for PTDA use only and may be used in the association’s publications and Web site.  If you do not wish to have your picture taken, please inform our photographer.

Attire

Business casual attire is appropriate for all Canadian Conference activities. 

Refund Policies

Delegate and Spouse/Companion Conference Registration
Written cancellations received on or prior to May 3, 2010 will be refunded in full minus a US$50 per person administrative fee.  Due to our contractual obligations, we are unable to issue refunds for cancellations received after May 3, 2010.

Golf Registration
Written cancellations received prior to May 3 will be refunded in full.  Cancellations received on or after May 3, including on-site cancellations, will be refunded only if a substitute is found to fill the space.  Identification of all substitutes is the responsibility of the registered guest.
